Good afternoon From the USA to Europe and Asia,
people living in urban area enjoy an early jogging before going to work.
Regarding me, even thought I am French, it was not in Paris but In San Francisco
I started to do some jogging in parks. It brings all the energy to feel good
during all the day! It was also proven
recently by a Danish research that joggers could have a 5 year long life! My advice as
jogger is a wrist watch very useful for busy business people and I would recommend

Yesterday, we came back from one week
business trip in Hong Kong. One day, we had some time at the end of the
afternoon and took the opportunity to visit the largest shopping mall in Hong Kong. At this time, there was an event organized to
