こんにちは！とうとう梅雨入りしてしまいましたね…

今日は室内で楽しく遊べるムーミンゲームのご紹介をします！

Hello!　Rainy season has started in Japan.

Today I would like to introduce a new Moomin Game that you can play inside the room on a rainy day.

先週ついにiOSからもスマホゲームアプリ「MOOMIN～ようこそ!ムーミン谷へ～」がリリースされました！

ムーミンたちとムーミン谷でのんびり過ごす箱庭ゲームです。

ゲーム内でスニフの家やおさびし山へお出かけをしたり、クエストをクリアすることで貝殻がもらえます。

その貝殻で施設を増やして、ムーミン谷を豊かにして行きます。

Smart phone game "MOOMIN: welcome to the Moomin valley" was released last week!

It is a miniscape game (CMS) with Moomin and his friends in the Moomin valley.

You can get shells (which is same as money in this game) by visiting Sniff’s house or other places, or by completing the quests.

You will build a prosperous valley by using the shells you collected.

レベルを上げてゲームを進めていくのはもちろん楽しいのですが、ムーミンたちがかわいくて、すっかりハマってしまいました！

It is a fun game to play, moreover what makes this game more special is the cuteness of Moomins!

畑に水をあげたり…

They water the vegetables…

お花を摘んだり…

Or pick flowers…

日曜大工をしたり…

Or build things by themselves…

スナフキンはハーモニカを吹いてくれたり…

Or Snufkin plays the harmonica…

この商品はタイマーとスケール機能が一緒になっていて、立て掛けるとタイマーに、平置きにするとスケールになる優れものです。

一見シンプルな形に感じますが、傾斜が掛った鋭角のフォルムはJacob Jensenならではのデザインです。

Jacob Jensen timer scale was featured in the Interior magazine “I’m home 2015 JULY no.76”!

This product functions both as kitchen timer and scale. 

You can use it as a timer by hanging on, and as a scale by putting on a flat place.

The design looks simple, but Jacob Jensen's special feature is reflected in it with the stylishness and the sharp line. 

Color variation is white, black and red.

昨日お伝えした東京ビッグサイトで開催されているインテリアライフスタイル、本日で終了してしまいましたが、ムーミンブースを少し、写真にてご紹介させていただきたいと思います。

初日はムーミンが遊びに来てくれました！

上にこそっと、ご先祖様が隠れています！

そして最後はほしいかも運営元のピーオーエスブース。 ほしいかもでも取り扱いのある商品がずらりと並んでいます！

おかげさまで展示会を無事に終えることができました。

お気に入りの木製コースター/ My favorite wooden coasters

こんにちは！

今日は私が毎日会社で使っているコースターを紹介します！

スウェーデンOpto designの木製コースター　サンシャイン(4枚セット)です！

普通コースターは1枚しか使わないものだと思いますが、私はタイルのように並べて使っています。

この柄はそれぞれ絵本「それからどうなるの？」の場面から。

コースターと一緒に物語をご紹介します！

I would like to introduce my favorite 4pcs set wooden coasters by Opto Design from Sweden.

I have them on my desk at the office. I use them not only as a coaster but also by decorating all of them next to each other as tiles.

The pictures are from a picture book “HUR GICK DET SEN?”

Let's take a look at coasters and the story.

ムーミンママのお使いでミルクを運ぶムーミン。暗い森の中を走り、ムーミンママの待つムーミンやしきへと急ぎます。ムーミンの冒険の始まりです。

Moomin was carrying a milk can in a forest.

He was on the way back to the Moomin valley where Moomin Mama was waiting for him.

It is a start of his adventure!

ムーミンが出会ったのはミムラ。

そして、ムーミン谷へと向かうムーミンたち。ヘムレンさんの掃除機に吸い込まれ、脱出したのはなんとフィリフヨンカの真上でした！

Moomin met Mymble.

She was looking for her sister Little My who has gone somewhere.

On the way, they were swallowed into Hemlen’s vacuum cleaner, and where they escaped was right above Fillyjonk!

大あらしに出くわして、ミムラが泣き出してしまいます。

彼女の涙でそこらじゅう大洪水になってしまいます！

A large storm came and Mymble started to cry.

She cried so much that it became a flood.

様々な困難を乗り越えてたどり着いたムーミンやしき。

バラを頭に飾ったやさしいムーミンママが出迎えます。

After countless challenges, they finally arrived at the Moomin house.

Kind Moomin Mama with a beautiful rose on her head welcomed them.

タイトルの「それからどうなるの？」はページをめくる前に出てくる決まり言葉。

ページごとに切り取り線が付いていて、次のページが見える仕掛け絵本です。

もちろん、このブログではお話の全てを紹介出来ていないのでぜひ絵本も読んでみて下さい！

北欧のデザインを知ろう！第3弾-Scandinavian Design Stories

こんにちは。

デザインを知ろう！第3弾目は、ブランドEsseyのデザイナーJohn Brauer (ジョン・ブラウア)をご紹介します。

デンマークのデザイナージョン・ブラウアは1960年に生まれました。

彼は世界中を巡り、体験した異文化から受けたインスピレーションを大事に、デザインを手掛けています。

デンマークコペンハーゲンのKEAデザイン学校で建築を専攻後、MBAを取得するなど頭脳明晰なデザイナーです。

主にドイツとスカンジナビアを中心とした企業とプロダクト、グラフィックなどの分野で活躍しています。

彼の代表作であるゴミ箱の〝BinBin″(写真)は紙を500回以上潰し、その中から美しい形を選んで3Dスキャンして制作したものです。

そのような彼のユニークはデザインは数々のデザイン賞を受賞しました。

2005年に日本のグッドデザイン賞、2007年にはレッドドットデザイン賞、またドイツのプロダクトデザイン賞であるiF賞も受賞しています。

The third time today, we would like to introduce a designer John Brauer from Essey.

John Brauer was born in 1960 in Denmark.

He majored in architecture at KEA School of Design and Technology in Copenhagen, he also holds a MBA in innovation from Danish Technological University.

His design inspiration comes from his experience of travelling, exploring the world and seeing the different cultures.

He has worked with communication, product and graphic design for companies in Germany and Scandinavia.

His masterpiece BinBin, a waste basket, was designed by an inspiration of crushed paper. 

He made paper prototypes more than 500 times and found the most beautiful shaped one, and it was taken into 3D scanning.

His special design created in such a unique way has won a number of design awards as;

The “Good design Award “2005 in Japan, “red dot”, design award 2007, IF-product design award in Germany.

都内イベントのお知らせ（ムーミン・モビール）/In-store events with Moomin items and Danish mobiles

こんにちは！

6月に入り、日差しも強く夏の足音が近づいてきました。

私は遅ればせながらこの週末にやっと衣替えをし、夏を迎える準備がととのいました！

今日は都内のイベントのお知らせです。

まずは高島屋新宿店。

6月9日（火）まで3階にてほしいかもでも取り扱いのあるムーミン商品を販売しています。

少し大人向けのムーミン商品が揃っています。

また、西武池袋本店6階のビー マイ ギフトにて、デンマークのモビールフェアが開催されております。

こちらのイベントにつき、地下１階、西武線池袋駅を出てすぐの展示スペースでも商品のご案内を行っております。

外から見ると、液晶から映し出されるモビールがかなりスタイリッシュ、内側からみると洗練された大人ポップな印象のモビール展示が、とても素敵に飾られています。

こちらのイベントは6月16日（火）までを予定しております。

We have two in-store events at department stores in Tokyo now.

One is in Takashimaya Shinjuku Store, on 3^rd floor until 9^th Tuesday.

Here we have variety of Moomin items.

The other one is in Seibu Ikebukuro, on 6^th floor until 16^th Tuesday.

This events we have Danish mobiles collection. With this event we also have a special display space on the basement floor where you can see from one of the exits of Seibu Ikebukuro station.

Please visit the event and see the products!
