2012年2月のEXTRA PREVIEWに参加した後、ほしいかもウェブショップでPOS+というコンセプトの新商品を販売開始しました。5つの腕時計のデザインブランドでした。先月HOSHIIKAMO TIMESで紹介しましたが、この新しいシリーズの中で、一つのデザインがとても面白いと思いました。ミスタージョーンズウォッチの「ALL AROUND THE WORLD」という腕時計です。

デザインのメインポイントは針です！私はこのアイデアが始めて！実はクリスピン・ジョーンズがデザインした「ALL AROUND THE WORLD」が8つの時針を持っています。同時に、ランドマークによって時刻帯と町の時間が読めます！例えば、エッフェル塔を見て、パリの時間を分かります。同じ、自由の女神を見て、ニューヨークを分かります。面白いデザインですけど、ステンレススチールのケースと革のバンドでとてもおしゃれな腕時計も！

After our participation to the fair Extra Preview last February, we have started to offer on Hosiikamo Webstore the new collections from 5 Design watch brands. Even thought, I introduced all of them last month on Hoshiikamo Times, there is one model which really caught my eye for its unique design: the “All around the world” from Mister Jones watches.

Regarding myself, it is the first I had seen this way of thinking for a watch design, which especially original with its hand, or should I said its handS! Yes, actually the “All around the world” watch has 8 hour hands!!! It is the design’s originality: being able to read 8 different local times in the same time by referring to the landmark of the place. For example, if you look at the Eiffel Tower, you will be able to read the actual time in Paris, same with the Statue of the Liberty and NYC.
