Scandinavian Christmas Dinner – 北欧のクリスマスの食事

皆さん

おはようございます。

ライフスタイルは色々な分野を含めていますが、一つはテーブル・食事です。

今日のポストですが、北欧のクリスマスのメニューを紹介したいと思いました。

今年のクリスマスに、レストランに行く代わりに、自分で美味しいディナーを作りませんか？

紹介している下記のメニューのお陰で、北欧の味を発見します。

アペタイザー：ノルウェーのスモークサーモンとスカンジナビアのサラダ（アイスランドの黒いパン付け）

第一の皿：フィンランドのシカの煮込み(poronkaristys)

第二の皿（主な）：デンマーク風：ダック、赤いキャベツ、カラメルをかけたポテト。

飲み物は北欧の赤いワインです。

デザート：スウェーデンのユニークなライスケーキ(Risgryngrot)。

ケーキの中に一つのアーモンドを入ります。

ケーキを食べる時に、アーモンドを見つける人は次の年結婚します。

飲み物はウイスキーをかけた有名なグリーンランドコーヒーです。

最後的に、一つ事を忘れないでください！

食事は社会的な事です！

食事の時に、家族と友達とか楽しんでください！

昨日浜先生を会いました。一人の同僚と一緒に浜先生の事務所に行きました。
私達POSに関して、浜先生はテーブルクロスなどジョージ・ジェンセン・ダマスクの商品が大好きから、使って戴きます。
女のスキルと同じ、事務所の絣飾りはとてもおしゃれにきれいです！

Lifestyle includes many fields, but one of the most important is table and the meal.

I was thinking for the today’s post: “Instead of going to restaurant, what about cooking a delicious Scandinavian dinner?

The menu I introduce below will make you travel around Scandinavian flavors…

Appetizer: Norwegian smoked salmon with a Scandinavian salad and black bread from Iceland

First dish: Finnish Deer Ragout (poronkaristys)

Second and main dish: Danish style: duck with red cabbage and caramelized potatoes

Desert: Swedish Rice cake (Risgryngrot) with a Greenland style coffee, well-known for the whisky used as ingredient. In the cake, there is one almond, the person who finds it is believed to get married the next year.

But do not forget, the meal is a social moment you have to share and enjoy with family and friends!

To finish, yesterday I met Ms Hama who participated to my past posts. With my colleague, we were welcomed in her office. She is using actually our Georg Jensen Damask items for their great quality and design. As you can see on the picture below, the decoration of her office is like her talents, beautiful and stylish.
